    Garage conversion – complete plumbing renovation

    The garage underwent a complete renovation with Flowline responsible for all plumbing installations. We planned, dimensioned and installed new systems for heating, comfort cooling, tap water, sewage and drainage including pumping stations for melt and storm water. All new pipes were connected to the property's existing plumbing network, and extensive pressure and function tests were carried out to ensure complete tightness, function and safety.

    The result is a modern, energy-efficient and reliable garage with robust protection against flooding and moisture damage – ready for long-term use without unexpected operational disruptions.

    Turnkey HVAC contracting – New construction commercial property

    Flowline was responsible as a general contractor for all HVAC systems in the project. The assignment included dimensioning, design, installation and commissioning of complete systems for heating, cooling, ventilation, sanitation and water and sewage. All work was carried out in accordance with applicable building codes, industry regulations and the client's requirements for function, energy efficiency and long-term operational reliability. The project was completed with approved independent inspections and complete relationship and operation and maintenance documentation, which guarantees that the property's technical systems are of the highest quality and are future-proof for future needs.

    Main replacement and renovation of water supply pipes

    Existing water and sewage pipes were completely renovated, with Flowline performing a complete main replacement. Old pipes were torn out and replaced with new, durable pipes and fittings of the highest quality. The work was carried out with minimal disruption to residents and businesses, and concluded with extensive pressure testing and functional checks to ensure full tightness and operational reliability.

    Stormwater management in central Stockholm

    Flowline designed and installed new green areas for both biological treatment and local infiltration of stormwater. At the same time, the facility was supplemented with new stormwater pipes that were connected to the municipal network. Through well-thought-out LOD solutions (Local Stormwater Management), we significantly reduced the load on the city's sewage system, while creating greener, more pleasant and more sustainable public environments that contribute to both climate adaptation and increased biodiversity.

    Premises adaptation & HVAC remodeling – Commercial property

    The project included site adaptation for a new tenant and a complete refurbishment of existing commercial premises. Flowline was responsible for all plumbing installations with new systems for tap water and wastewater, complete replacement and modernization of the heating system and installation of comfort cooling with chilled beams and control. The work was carried out in a fully operational property with a focus on minimal disruption and quick move-in, resulting in modern, energy-efficient and reliable systems ready for immediate use.

    District heating pipes – Stockholm

    The project included the replacement and new installation of district heating pipes in central Stockholm. Flowline was responsible for the complete execution of the service pipe, substation (UC) and connection to the property's internal heating system. The work included planning, excavation, pipe installation, insulation, welding and pressure testing according to current industry regulations. All pipes were adapted for high energy efficiency and future-proof operation. The result was a reliable district heating supply with optimized heat transfer, lower energy losses and problem-free function for the property's tenants.

    Antique plumbing renovation – Church, Church of Sweden

    Flowline was responsible for the careful renovation and new installation of the HVAC system in a historically protected church building. The work was carried out in close collaboration with antiquarian experts and included energy efficiency improvements to the heating system for more even and gentle heating of the church room, as well as replacement with new tap water and sewage pipes. All installations were aesthetically concealed and adapted to the character of the building while meeting modern requirements for operational reliability and energy performance.
