Experienced Project Manager HVAC is sought for Flowline

Do you want to lead complex HVAC projects with full control over budget, quality and legal aspects? Flowline is looking for a project manager with solid experience in construction law, ABT 06 and AB 04 , who can drive projects from start to finish and ensure that both technical and financial goals are met.

About the role

As a Project Manager at Flowline, you will have overall responsibility for HVAC projects , including planning, estimating, budget monitoring and risk management. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, municipalities and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are implemented in accordance with applicable regulations and agreements.

Your main tasks:

• Lead HVAC projects from feasibility study to completion
  
• Responsibility for budget, calculation and financial follow-up
  
• Ensure project management according to ABT 06, AB 04 and construction law
  
• Coordination with project teams, subcontractors and municipal actors
  
• Risk management and contract follow-up to minimize legal and financial risks
  
• Quality assurance of technical solutions and deliveries
  

We are looking for you as

• Have documented experience as a project manager in the HVAC or construction industry
  
• Is well familiar with construction law, ABT 06 and AB 04
  
• Has strong experience in budget responsibility, calculation and financial management
  
• Is structured, communicative and can drive projects and teams towards common goals
  
• Experienced in coordinating complex projects with municipalities, designers, contractors and suppliers
